📈 The Role

As a Junior Growth Marketer at BIQH, you will play a pivotal role in marketing and lead generation activities, supporting our Business Team in driving new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to our strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Product Marketer, Business Development Manager, and Business Director to elevate BIQH’s market presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Content Initiatives (80% of your time): Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and sales enablement. You will be actively involved in outreach, building relationships, and tracking engagement using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

1. Client Engagement & Networking (20% of your time): Represent BIQH at industry events, engage with clients to identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve our marketing approach.

2. Growth Ownership: As a Junior Growth Marketer, you'll be encouraged to take ownership of initiatives and drive improvement within the marketing and lead generation functions.
