We’re looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join BIQH, a key business unit of ShareCompany, and help us expand our reach across Europe.

Through our BIQH unit, we offer state-of-the-art data management platforms, powered by our GraphQL API, enabling efficient, real-time financial market data for institutions across Europe. 📈 The Role
Are you a proactive, highly organized operations wizard who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? At BIQH, we're looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team and be the backbone of our business processes!
You'll be part of our business team, ensuring everything from admin and operation support to team events and contract management runs like a well-oiled machine. 🧠✨
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Maintain and improve administrative and operational processes
✔️ Manage contracts, templates, and document storage
✔️ Support HR with compliance and internal process updates
✔️ Coordinate with suppliers and process invoices
✔️ Organize internal team events and company outings
✔️ Assist with travel bookings and event logistics
✔️ Manage and organize SharePoint folders
✔️ Maintain and improve data quality in systems like HubSpot
✔️ Create and maintain an internal/external event calendar
✔️ Occasionally support with office-related tasks (e.g. relocation scouting)
Vereisten
👀 We’re looking for someone who is:
🔹 Experienced (1+ years) in operations or administrative roles
🔹 Detail-oriented and process-driven
🔹 Great at switching between different tasks with ease
🔹 Strong in Dutch & English communication (written & spoken)
🔹 Familiar with tools like SharePoint, HubSpot, and Office 365 (nice to have)
🔹 Bonus: Experience in IT or fintech environments
