🔧 What You’ll Do

60% – Lead Agile Product Development

• Own sprint planning, retrospectives, and on-time delivery

• Maintain and prioritize a dynamic product backlog

• Align client requirements with our product roadmap

• Remove blockers to keep the development team productive

40% – Drive Continuous Improvement

• Analyze and improve development workflows

• Implement scalable agile processes

• Collaborate across teams to level up our operations

🚀 Who You Are

• 3+ years in market data or fintech (preferably at a solution provider)

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and process optimization

• Excellent communicator in English (verbal & written)

• Tech-savvy with an eye for efficiency

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT is a plus

• Experience with ITIL, ISO27001, or SOC2 is a bonus
