We're hiring: Business Assistant

Are you highly organized, proactive, and love making things run smoothly behind the scenes? Join BIQH, the market data and analytics business unit of Sharecompany, as a Business Assistant. In this role, you’ll support operational excellence, help drive team culture, and work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced fintech environment.

ShareCompany provides software and data solutions for the financial services industry. BIQH is our specialist business unit focused on delivering vendor independent market data platforms to international Financial Institutions. As part of our team, you’ll help scale impactful solutions in a data-driven, collaborative setting—where your contributions are seen and valued.

🛠 What You’ll Do (70%) – Operations & Admin Excellence

  • Keep our business operations running like clockwork by managing and improving administrative processes.

  • Track and manage contract documents, key dates, and compliance tasks.

  • Review offers, proposals, and process invoices with precision.

  • Maintain up-to-date company information in supplier portals and support supplier relationships.

  • Own document storage, SharePoint folder organization, and CRM data quality (HubSpot).

  • Support the management team with audits and expense processing.

  • Work closely with multiple directors—always one step ahead and ready to support.

  • Welcome visitors, assist with internal/external meetings, and coordinate with marketing on event logistics.

🎉 What You’ll Do (30%) – Team & Culture Engagement

  • Plan and execute internal events: lunches, team outings, celebrations, and more!

  • Support external event logistics—booking travel, prepping materials, coordinating vendors.

  • Design and maintain a company-wide event calendar.

  • Help shape an internal learning and development program that promotes team growth.

You will be the eyes and ears of the team.

Vereisten

🌟 What You Bring

  • 1+ years of strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholder interaction.(Both Dutch & English)

  • Confidence to work independently, make decisions, and take initiative.

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or directors is a plus.

  • Comfortable using tools like SharePoint, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
